How the $50 allowance works

One shared allowance

Each account can receive up to $50 in lifetime benefits across top-ups, both one-time licences and approved feedback rewards. Once this limit is reached, no further benefits are granted.

Your feedback counts

Report an issue to support@awiki.ai. Approved feedback earns credit automatically applied to a future top-up or licence purchase.

Discounts stay separate

Discounts and feedback credits have no cash value and are not refundable. Refunds do not restore your lifetime allowance.

Fixed costs · List price

What a meeting costs.

A session is billed once for its connected time, so a two-way meeting or several outputs cost the same as one. Figures use list prices. The last columns show the effective cost when the credit was bought with the Preview offer.

Good to know

The rules, up front.

Billed by the millisecond

Billing starts when the connection is ready and includes silence. Short sessions aren't rounded up. Stop the session to stop billing.

$50 lifetime allowance

Top-ups, both licences and approved feedback rewards share one allowance. Discounts and feedback credits have no cash value and aren't refundable.

Refund requests

Contact support with your order ID. Partly used top-ups require manual review. Discounts are not refundable.

What do I need to pay for?

For online meetings with Parley managed service, you only need wallet credit. For venue interpretation, add a venue licence. To use your own provider, add a personal API licence; venue mode still needs its own licence.

Which model should I choose?

Qwen supports multilingual conversations with 60 input languages and 29 spoken output languages. Doubao focuses on Chinese–English interpretation. Both managed models include live voice replication at the displayed session rate.

Qwen reports LAAL of about 2.3 seconds; Doubao reports speech output latency of about 2.53 seconds. These are different metrics, not a direct speed comparison or a guarantee of app latency. Actual delay depends on the model, network and audio devices.

Can I use Parley on more than one computer?

Managed meeting translation paid from your wallet supports multiple clients at the same time. Own-API translation and all venue sessions share one active session per account. A two-way meeting or multiple venue outputs count as one session.

How do refunds and promotional credits work?

Discounts and feedback credits have no cash value and are not refundable. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid and unused eligible credit, less applicable bank fees. Refunds do not restore the lifetime allowance.

Include the relevant order ID and whether your request concerns wallet balance, the personal API licence or the venue licence. Support can confirm the applicable handling and bank fees for your order; do not send passwords or API keys.

How much does one hour of two-way translation cost?

One hour is one 60-minute session: $4.200 with Qwen or $8.880 with Doubao at list prices. Two directions do not double the cost, and Preview offers are not included.
