Parley / Terms

Parley service and purchase terms
Before you sign in or buy.

These terms describe the current Parley desktop preview, accounts and purchases.

Your account

Your first successful Google or phone verification creates an account. Use the same sign-in method in the app and website. Separate sign-in methods may create separate accounts until linked in the app. Keep access to your sign-in method secure.

What you purchase

Wallet credit pays for Parley managed translation. The personal API licence unlocks your own provider configuration; provider usage is billed separately. The venue licence unlocks venue interpretation. Neither licence includes wallet credit, and the two licences are sold separately.

Using more than one computer

Managed meeting translation paid from your wallet supports multiple clients at the same time. Own-API translation and all venue sessions share one active session per account. A two-way meeting or multiple venue outputs count as one session.

Prices and payment

Review the final payment amount, currency, wallet credit and discounts before confirming. Alipay settles in CNY; cards settle in USD through Dodo Payments. A QR code or return from checkout is not proof of payment. Your account updates after the server confirms payment.

Preview availability

Install the available desktop preview and check your audio setup before purchasing. Translation requires internet access. Language support, quality and delay depend on the selected model and setup. Verify important names, numbers and agreements with the other person.

Refund requests

Contact support with the order ID and the product concerned. Wallet credit and the two licences are reviewed separately. Discounts and feedback credits have no cash value; refunds do not restore the promotional allowance. Support will confirm eligibility, any applicable fees and the expected processing time before processing your request.
